It drives me nuts... that was the main reason for not using CF for so long was that it didnt match up ringwork with my cues. I actually had a cue made so that it would match up. Have another one in the works right now.

I mean, maybe. My father has a Konollen Carbon Fiber that was priced pretty cheap from Amazon he bought as a beater. Hit decent and was put together well but wasnt low deflection at all. Was a pretty good cue for the price though Incredible beater/trunk queen.

That is still a thing. Good cue prices still pop up all the time. There are a lot of custom cue makers out there that give fair prices too. If you work with one enough they will give you even better prices on cues. My main cuemaker treats me well because I treat him well. We have purchased...

If you marked the table like you were supposed tot was pretty fast and easy. It wasnt so much the pushing the balls down as much as it was the rack being in the same exact spot every time. If you lined the rack up with the marks, the balls would settle into the same dents in the cloth everyt...
