I love playing barbox pool (including 8 ball), but pros playing 8 ball on a 9 footer is not a watchable game for me (nor is heyball). I would much rather watch the ultimate pool version of barbox 8 ball.

I use a $20 GRBL controller for my 2-axis lathe (both the controller and steppers were scavenged from a 3D printer). It's pretty easy to write the g-code for the tapers you might want.

That’s a good idea bob, thanks. My practical failures with the mirror system have been accurately placing the mirror ball in my mind when it’s a non trivial distance from the rail (a few inches off there makes a difference too).

I think the tip of the cushion is your contact point (that’s how I use it at least). My error comes in accurately spotting the midpoint on kicks with large gaps between ob and cb.

This is my favorite system for one rail kicks, no counting. It really improved my ability to precisely kick.

I don’t like any of these player bans (the viewing will be worse now) but you have to admit that Filler crapping on his own fans on social media was incredibly stupid.

I don’t know, I was thinking more that Filler is being pressured by his sponsors / federations to not play in WNT events. Because I think this ban makes the WNT look bad as filler earned his spot through points.

Is it possible that Filler is withdrawing at the request of the WPA? I didn’t see a statement from him.
