I'm pretty sure it's 3/8-8, according to scale-8 tpi. I'm not sure what the radial tpi is, but the radial shaft doesn't fit.

Any idea where I might find one, or maybe a cue maker that can tap it to a 3/8-8?

Mine looks very similar to the one in the photo, but the spiral grooves are deeper and more concave, I guess.

No sir. I tried it once before but never could get it to work

Radial Joint is what I just got, but it doesn't fit. I can get it to screw on about halfway down the pin before it gets harder. Edit: any idea of what else it would be?

I've got the same problem. I just bought a Radial pin shaft from an AZB member. Doesn't fit, nor does a 3/8-10. The pin is about 1" long, and it appears to be 9 tpi I don't know how to post pictures

According to Bob, his Red Dot shafts would bend upon CB contact, therefore sending the CB in a straighter path towards the OB.
