Does anyone at your local carom hall play SR with 3 balls?

We even got guys who don't average more than 4 but are already playing straight rail on the 10s For me if you run 6 in 3c on a 9' table. That's still a big achievement. Or if you avg .5 on a 9' that's also a big achievement. Running 100 points of 14.1 on an 8' is impressive. Running 150...

9s are becoming more and more rare. Tons of billiard rooms replacing the 9s for 10s

I'm thinking maybe a predator sticker so I stand out from the crowd. And people will know I'm a serious player. Actually in apa I'm a SL 5 but some say that's B.S.

Make sure y'all buy the leather protector for your cue case so your case doesn't get scratched up. Oh and you'll need sealant for that so the protector doesn't come off. Keep the case in the AC or the sealant will melt.

Triangles a great tip but circles over all are just a more well rounded tip for all games.

Definitely affects how balance points feels. And when the weight is more forward you have a larger margin for places you can put your hand while the balance still feels comfortable. I.e. take a rear weighted cue and put your playing hand right above the grip (assuming you have one), and shoot...

Depends on if you ever adjust your playing hand a lot or not. I adjust mine often depending on required bridge length for shot.

Well that's why you like rear weighted cues. Your bridge is so long. Especially for only being 5 inches tall.

That's accurate Bob. I started the thread thinking others might have good answer to preferences of pin based on weight distribution. Not feel of hit.
