    Your favorite pin & why?

We're talking about two different feels. You're talking about how the pin effects the feel of the cue when hitting the cue ball. I'm talking about how the pin effects the feel of the cue balanced in my hand. Not the hit.

That's a good test and I would fail. But I would be able to tell you where the balance points is.

    Your favorite pin & why?

I jump around 17-19 oz because the weight distribution is always different. I've even had a 15.5 oz I used for 1p for a bit. But that's borderline ridiculous. One good trick I learned was using a 29" or 30" shaft. Once you get that extra weight on the end with all that leverage. You can really...

    Your favorite pin & why?

I'm more concerned with the feel of the weight distribution. Not the feel of the hit.

    Your favorite pin & why?

I always take out the weight bolt on all of my McDermotts. Sometimes they get too light but the sacrifice in lightness has been worth where the weight distribution is.

Hah, strange. But cool. All 3/8 10 pins?

I have a 1/2"-10-1/2 hanbat and I love it playing free games. Elkmaster tip on it too.

    Your favorite pin & why?

I don't have any way to prove it but all the 3/8 10 cues I've played with have played phenomenal. Specifically made by McDermott. All my other pin variations do not play ideal for my liking. So I find it interesting that I'm experiencing this. Maybe McDermotts are more forward weighted than...

    Your favorite pin & why?

Sure, I think it's easier to control the balance via pin. But I'm no cue maker. My cue mechanic/maker uses specific pins for balance. I.e. g10 to produce a more rear weighted cue and 3/8 10 for more forward weighted cue. Also predators p3 carom butts use titanium pins in order to produce a...

    Your favorite pin & why?

Whats your favorite pin and why? So many variations to offer with no clear explanations for why to choose one over the other. Besides the obvious quick release or having a favorite brand where you can interchange shafts of same brand. My favorite is a 3/8 10 pin because I like more forward...

Does anyone have a cue, hopefully a merry widow with no joint collars? Just shaft wood straight to butt/forearm wood.

I have two carom shafts with no collar, conical taper, and straight maple wood. 3/8 10 pin.

I'd go with phenolic! You can draw the ball back super far. Just kidding, LePro Is ideal for house cues. For price and quality.

Sounds to me like he gambles but not with his own money.

I think this is the same comparison as John Schmidt vs Jason Shaw. I bet both would agree that Schmidt is the better 14.1 player even though Shaw holds the highest run. Watching them play a real game against each other would be interesting. Tony definitely moves better than Shane. But Shane...

Shane could've got some weight sense Tony is so hungry.

We're talking about on the decline compared to world class play. Not just world class. But anyone above 800 Fargo is literally pushing the limits of what's ever been done on a pool table.

I think he's right for that. It's a style match up and the 1pkt world wants to see that. I'd bet on Tony even tho he's already lost to filler

Nah... Calling players out is a good thing! It promotes competition.

In the video it seems to me like Chohan was frustrated with SVB not wanting to play him after offering to gamble multiple times. Has to be annoying to have one of the best players in the world tell you no over and over again. Maybe Tony thinks he has the best of it.
