    Good feedback. Thanks!

Amazon Ball Cleaner - Any Good?

Looks like it contains silicone. It's not a good idea to use silicone on balls but it's unclear from the product SDS sheet how much it contains. I couldn't find anything on the Aramith Ball Cleaner SDS pointing to silicone being used.

Amazon Ball Cleaner - Any Good?

I've never seen one operate in person but from the videos I've seen, I think it spins the balls much too fast which causes more friction (heat) and friction leads to wear. It's also worth noting the balls only spin on one axis during operation which may or may not lead to areas that do not get...

GC4 DID offer optional score counters

Slow your roll with the accusations. Please show me where I said he was a liar. His credentials as a player and whoever learned to play in his room is totally irrelevant to the conversation. I've misremembered lots of things from 20+ years ago and I'm assuming I'm not as old as "Florida Bob"...

If you say, so. Sweet. As I said before, best of luck.

It's an abrasive. One time is enough.

Amazon Ball Cleaner - Any Good?

You understand incorrectly. I do not sell a cleaning machine. Never have.

GC4 DID offer optional score counters

You are not only observant, but correct. Brunswick would have certainly color matched the counters with the rest of the metalwork. GCIII style counters (Brunswick or knockoff) could be sourced easily when the GCIV debuted. Problem was, they were either bronze plated or chrome. Neither of the...

Does "Florida Bob" have any pics to back up his claim?

Amazon Ball Cleaner - Any Good?

Your set seems to have lost their shine, possibly from the use of the Magic Eraser. This is a set from the 70's cleaned in my ball polisher with a solution of 8 oz. 91% Isopropyl Alcohol to 3 tablespoons Aramith Ball Cleaner.

Amazon Ball Cleaner - Any Good?

Automotive products are the worst thing you can use on pool balls. Especially quick detailer type products. Generally, they make the balls too slick.

GC4 DID offer optional score counters

Small? LOL! Does it? If counters were an option, it would be on the GCIV sell sheet on the Brunswick Library, yet it is not. For the record, I don't care either way. While interesting, I don't think your three table discovery (all within close proximity) is the silver bullet pointing to it...

GC4 DID offer optional score counters

Hmmm...Massachusetts and Rhode Island are very close to one another. Maybe, just maybe, the mechanic that worked on these tables or the outlet that sold them, performed the retrofit. It isn't hard to do by any means and a competent mechanic can make it look OEM. Now, if you said I saw them in...

Amazon Ball Cleaner - Any Good?

    Anniversary values

Depends on condition. $3K-$6K would be my guess. If you post pics you will probably get a more accurate price range.

This Layout Took Me Three Tries

I think you are confused. I'm saying one rail is the way ago, 2 rails isn't.

This Layout Took Me Three Tries

The margin of error is much larger playing the 1B two rails with spin to get on the 3B. Especially with BIH, there is no reason to make it that complicated.
