As long as I’ve been playing it’s been a foul but someone pointed out to me that in CSI/BCA it’s not a foul. I’ve had a foul called on me before but I don’t remember what tournament it was in.

I played with a 1piece cf cue at Markley Billiards. I was told it was a Rhino cue, WOW did that cue have tons of deflection. The 1piece cue is probably a cheap, no frills cue from Rhino. I have no experience with their shaft though.
