the only thing to his detriment i would say is the lack of tv table time (zero). other than that he can take it. he plays extremely aggressive, but i have yet to see him miss an attacking option

niels demolished albin. he never had a chance. and i don't think anyone would had tbh.

first practice stroke for alignment, second stroke with pause for speed and measure, i'm not sure it's a bad approach. i've tried it but i'm so stuck in my three stroke PSR it's hard to try new things. doesn't tor lowry teach something similar to DQH? either way it's not what's commonly derided...

niels misses twice in 10th rack. but the damage is done, you would think. 8-2

yes i've been saying this for a long time. he kicks like a monster (makes sense since vietnam was 3C territory when he grew up), banks well, jumps great, and has a very measured "two stroke" cue action. his safety play isn't bad but i assume what's missing is percentage play, opting for attack...

Why are there so few black pro players..?

only cueist i can think of is ronnie o'sullivan, whose dad owned several porn shops in london. he later got jailed for murder after a bar brawl, so we're not talking class here but money. other than that i don't know. i guess "define money". it's not an expensive sport anyway, until you get in...

i don't see the likeness to dennis, but i like chang. i want to see a filler v fedor clash (or josh v chua) as much as many others do, but part of me was rooting for chang. he broke down in the latter half, obviously, and i don't know if it was nerves or being tied up by josh. glad to see him...

and he breaks good. hard and not many dry breaks when i was watching. niels still looks so intimidating when he's playing lol. probably the biggest contrast between game face and off the table personality.

i mean if that's what the customer wanted, why not.. there's an entire production cue company that is/was dedicated to this kind of style - viking cues. some real horror designs there, but supply and demand i guess.. i appreciate these kind of threads, nice craftsmanship

surely you have seen JJ play before? arseni is finnish, they have a minority with russian names (not necessarily russian ethnicity, it's complicated) going back a long time. don't know if arseni comes from the old minority or the newer. poolmanis would maybe know better either way JJ slowed...
