    Made some acrylic ferrules

cool, you will have a follower in me. with moose and roe a good bit of the of inner part is porous af. and even if it doesn't look it, it's often weaker. but on a big long moose antler you can get inlay material too.. be interesting to see how a joint turns out.

    Made some acrylic ferrules

smells good to turn don't it? 😉 there's a swedish cue maker that uses moose sometimes in his cues. i've only used it for trinkets and stuff. one has to work around the porousity. appreciate pictures of that ferrule

i think the changes with the break in 9b and just about everything else suits skyler well. sharpshooter, good moving game, no monster break needed. same could be said about justin bergman

mickey is capable. atencio is highly entertaining, but i fear he can't get there unless he improves his safety play. i tend to root for him because of the highlight reel shots, but those may also be the reason he doesn't win tournaments lol i haven't seen a player list but i suppose it's the...

    US Open 08/18-23

it's all mapped out now though, there are very few unknown monsters. ameer ali was one in last year's WC. baseth mocaibat was fairly unknown until beating fedor and others on shark's in quezon. fast improving youngsters are the potential "surprises". but i would think that the 100k first prize...

not picking anyone vs the field.. maybe the collective "previous winners" vs the field. i think i'd like that side the increased prize money will hopefully add some pressure

    Snooker from Saudi Arabia

not bad cash for runner-up.. probably a record that too. joe perry was a quality player and longtime practice partner / roommate of neil. didn't know he became a coach. makes sense because he's pretty smart and analytical
