    Diamond Table Wait Time

I switched from league cut 4.75 inch to pro cut cut 4.50 inch. To do this properly you have to fully swap the rails.

    Diamond Table Wait Time

This is the way to order. Directly from the mechanic.

    Diamond Table Wait Time

Mine took 14 weeks or so that was last year. What I learned is if you can buy directly from a diamond mechanic. They usually have tables on hand no wait sometimes and they are actually doing the work.

Mezz sigma wood shaft slicker than Revo

It's an old can of Adams patriot car wax. It's been in my fridge for like 10 years lmao. Seems to do ok with humidity for me at least.

Mezz sigma wood shaft slicker than Revo

I found that using a very high-grade carnauba in two applications after alcohol wipe down makes for a VERY slick shaft. It's slicker than my revo (obviously no wax on revo). I gotta say I don't think I am going back to CF. Wood just plays better for me. Better feel overall. Also after months of...

    One import table vs another

Well 4k is a decent budget if your patient you could end up finding an older nice gold crown etc. If you play a lot of pool I would send it on a diamond if you can afford it.

    Your choice of cloth

I just got some new 860HR put on my table. Mechanics have some on hand. Keep in mind the new stuff is colored a bit different and the feel is not the same. The looms are different. Anyway I would go Andy if I couldn't find 860hr.

Which one is smoother between these two (WITHOUT GLOVES) Revo or Cynergy

I have only played with the revo it def stays slick what I noticed however is I can get wood shafts super smooth. They feel slicker to me than CF. I clean them with alcohol and use some very nice carnuba. More up keep though but it's very minimal.

    Ball size testing

Interesting, I have been having an issue getting all balls to touch on 8 ball racks even with a template. This seems pretty cheap to confirm. I have two sets of aramiths I can test. Would be interested to see the tolerance deviation difference between aramiths and a company like dynasphere.

Any difference between Mezz EC9 & MSP cues?

They definitely can be more whippy. CF can be also. My 30 inch revo was definitely more whippy than my 29. The sigma is not whippy at 30 inches however at least to me. To be honest it plays better than my revo for me.

Pool table in a small room

There is no way an 8ft table will be enjoyable in that small of space. You are under sized in space specifically in length even for a 7ft'er. Short cues take away from the experience and playing in a cramped space is not fun at least for me. You should have 5ft minimum on all sides of free space...

What size vacumn cleaner for a Diamond pool table? Can it have too much suction?

Masters plays fine I got a brick of the stuff. It's dirty though. I started to notice chalk build up in ball return system and had to consistently wipe the cue ball down. Cloth felt gritty after a few sessions had to vacuum once a week or so. V10 I can go several weeks without vacuuming and my...

What size vacumn cleaner for a Diamond pool table? Can it have too much suction?

The only haters are those that have not tried it imo. I have used mine for several months now and barely put a dent in it. Stuff is legit and very clean. I am converted fully lol.

What size vacumn cleaner for a Diamond pool table? Can it have too much suction?

I use a 5hp shop vac with a circular duster attachment. I really like the circular attachment I can clean the top of the rails, the inside of the rails and the rest of the table with it. I would highly recommend buying some taom V10 you will need to vacuum much less.

Any difference between Mezz EC9 & MSP cues?

They both have the united joint which I really like. The lock up is top shelf. I don't think the butt's between the two are going to make much a difference imho. Looks like part of the MSP2 is composite. I have a EC9 limited and really like the way it plays. Both come with the Sigma shaft which...

    Buffing PRC rails fail

Def can. That diamond stuff I tested out is not coming off. I laid it down thick lol. I phoned Glen and he said stay away from the diamond compound. He said buff using cleaner wax after stripping the rails and finish it with megs gold. He said if I follow this method I can just use a detail...

    Buffing PRC rails fail

Oh I know. Unfortunately I have OCD like tendencies so I clean a lot. I have the right buffing compound. I think I need to strip the rails first. Anyway I just wiped it all down with Alcohol last night and will leave it until I can talk with Glen or get some advice here.

    Shane carries ten shafts !

Jump cues add another level of gear to the game for sure. I kick on my table rather than jump. That's just out of the care of my rails. Anyway, Shane I am sure makes use all of his kit. I will say it's interesting to see how many pro players have gone back to wood for their main playing cue. I...
