    Snooker from Saudi Arabia

it was the triple combo that did him in. BUT most times that (decision) goes in. without that boldness he wouldn't be the legend that he is

    Slow play by pros

i don't know. but when it comes to satellite events there are certain things that needs to be in place for it to be a WNT ranking event. i think the break rules and a minimum amount of added money? maybe shot clock on the tv table should be another requirement.

SVB v. Yapp: Why was this jump shot legal?

it is technically a foul, but often not called because in the spirit of the game it's "just a miscue". i think the new WPA rules addresses this, but can be wrong there

3 things you would change about pool

i wouldn't mind a word like pot in my native language. we only have the equivalent of "shot", but it doesn't differentiate between a shot into a pocket, a miss or a safety shot

    any really tall pro players?

i'm listening to scott frost and boyes commentating the battle of the bull, and young riku romppanen is playing. apparently he's grown a foot or so the last years. scott says he's around 6'6". made me think that among the top pros over the years, has there been anyone that tall? i don't think...
