Just a thought: one problem may be that it's free. Make the price a measly $1 to post a new thread in the WFS section and suddenly sellers will have an incentive to care whether their ad has any possibility of resulting in a sale. That would make people more likely to post a decent picture...

Long ago, I proposed that the players alternate racking. After the balls are racked, they flip a coin to see who breaks. Probably not perfect but would cut down on a lot of nonsense.
