It looks very much like a Jack Justis . If you go to his web site you can get an idea what it would cost to build It.It has lots of upgrades . Roughly $800-$1200 new. He usually has his name written on it somewhere.

It's fits both.It came as a uni-loc from Predator and was tapped by a local cue maker to fit my Schon. I was given this tip by a cue maker on here and gave it a try.It fits both now. The cue maker I asked to do it was skeptical at first,now it's one of his repair / services.
