TWO-RAIL KICK SHOT Aiming System Made Simple

That is where the practice part comes in. Repeated often enough, the adjustments become automatic or instinctual or thoughtless -- accomplished without conscious instruction they are so less burdensome. Like so many of our pool skills, through repetition they become repertoire. I must be the...

Billiards guru craves the return of billiards in his Shenandoah Valley hometown.

What is this guy talking about? Forget this BS -- it is fake news. Everybody knows pool is better off now than it ever has been. Nobody wants to hang out in those nasty old places. I'm glad they are gone and hope they never come back.

I played pool in Student Unions all across country. Maybe it was the fact they lacked bar boxes that attracted me, I don't know, but something always drew me to them. Although much of the time I was not a student, none of the Unions ever refused to rent a table to me. Coming from the very...

I do not believe that I suggested that pool "be the university’s focus". Universities never have a single focus. Dr. Dave offered CSU an opportunity to expand its curriculum into an area new to academic treatment -- he was a pioneer, if you will. Dr. Dave spent many years successfully proving...

It is a real shame that CSU does not have a long-term commitment to pool; however, I am very gratified that it did support you in your past achievements. You brought a unique academic subject to CSU, and it is CSU's loss that it lacked the insight to take a hand off and run. Regardless, Dr...

And, what are we to conclude from this change? Can't help but notice that my brief review of the new site revealed no current connection between CSU and pool. I always thought it was very cool (as well as being abundantly appropriate) that a university the caliber of CSU made such visible...

Don't feel so bad. Everytime I turn on the TV and it's snowing in the Rockies, I think about you and your crew. I have a list of tough jobs that I want nothing to do with, and yours is near the top.

This cat has the solution. 61 here today. A little cool for me, but some folks actually played golf.

    McCready bingeing!

Tight pockets have their place in only one game -- one pocket. Minimal cue ball movement allows precise pocketing. On the other hand, every other game -- when played in its classic fashion -- often requires one to move the rock like a mother which impacts the trajectory of the object ball...

    Non-Gambling Pool Players

"Quitting" presents a problem with gamblers. I would always make clear how long I expected to play. This was not always a perfect solution, so I would make it clear that, as a "winner", I would be available for a return engagement at a later date. Why wouldn't I want to?
