I am no longer able to send my cues off. Even if I could endure detours, delays, etc., the wear and tear on my psyche would be horrible. Damage or an outright loss would be more than I could ever tolerate.

I have always been interested in where and how the lines are drawn. How else can one attempt to conform? I also believe that public executions serve as much more effective deterrents. Disappearances in the night do nothing except create an atmosphere of fear.

Not packing, per se, but I advise photos of packing/condition of cue. as it is going in the tube. (Someone might claim you should have more, but tell me how.) In this day and time, one never knows what some idiot is going to jump up and claim. Insurance +.
