I've got a few higher-end ones that I'd like to sell but threads like this tell me that perhaps now is not the right time.

Yet, getting a Diamond pool table takes forever due to huge backlogs... go figure... I do seem to have a lot of folks that were talking about new cues but are now deciding to revive their old ones instead. Refinishing, new wraps, etc.

Where is the best place to buy the Tomahawk material? I have a dozen CF tubes ready for ferrules and was planning on Juma but maybe I should do Tomahawk instead?

Meucci is very new to the Kielwood product. I would assume that the new owners of Meucci added it to the product line. Given the short time in the market, I'd be a little hesitant to jump right in. The price point however, is right in the middle of the market. Who knows....

Seal, sand to 3000, and coat with nano-ceramic. This has been working great, I'm on my second bottle.

Tape a large easy-out to the end of a shaft. All you need to do is engage the threads of the JP enough to grab hold and pull it out. Gorillar Tape may also do the trick, similar concept.

I fit my long shafts with protectors in my Cuetech case with no problems.
