FairladyZ , I guess you needed to ride along with me on a hunting trip when the only non Ford's that kept up with me bucking deep snow drifts were jacked up and chained up on all 4 corners . And my Ford was a stock 3/4 ton 4wd .

I own a old Meucci that hits a ball very well both shafts are as straight as the day is long , I still use it from time to time even if I prefer a larger diameter shaft than what it has . To compare it to a new Meucci cue I can't help with that one .

I've harvested 3 cow buffalo when I had my 2 kids at home still , as for how many leather tips a full buffalo hide will give you would be endless ! I may even be talked into letting you use a rifle of mine to tip one over ha ha

Probably not ha ha . Growing up it was interesting to watch the events between the Indian kids and the carnival workers , somehow I always managed to stay out of that sort of thing , even after living close to 3 different reservations here in Montana .

I must be doing something wrong , I've not had any mushrooming with the G2 medium tips on either shaft yet and the one has had a great deal of playing time . Even with the Techno dud I've got on another cue hasn't mushroomed , which I'm not complaining just adding to the conversation .

I installed another G2 tip on my main playing cue yesterday as the tip that was on that shaft afterwards it went back to hitting the cue ball better than ever !

I tend to cradle the butt of my cue as a general rule for whatever it's worth .

I've got G2 medium tips on my main playing shafts and I'm very happy with them , they require little to no maintenance and hold chalk very well so far for me or in other words if I do my part they darn sure will do there's !
