Lucky enough to pick up a Scruggs. Wondering how the experts identify or describe this joint. I know it's a 3/8 10 but beyond that. Also, does that tip look original? Seems like a hard tip to me. What a beautiful sound it makes.

I have one with no line. Not high quality but the cue plays well.

The reason Jacoby liked Schuler cues may have been thebpropriety joint. It was well liked especially around Chicago. Schuler didn't make elaborate or stunning cues but the hit is very nice. You seldom see an actual Schuler for sale.

Dave siltz says his joss color of money cue is hands down his best hitting cue. Of course he also says he doesn't use it.

When many will say a cue is a cue, I appreciate the amount of info you packed in a few concise sentences. On your good cues, is that the order in best to worse?. I did hit a scruggs sneaky once. It wasn't goodbut it may have been a bad cue. Ive been leary of buying a scruggs since. Should I be?
