I was able to find another photo from the Nick Varner cue line. This might have been one Nick sent out to potential customers, way back when.

Stephen Janes sent me an update about this model along with a catalog image and a price list. This was in a 1985 Brochure (attached) and identified as the Model 12. These were also made for Nick. There were not many made. It was VERY time consuming, and it was only Danny and Stephen making these...
