    Shouting at the Pool Table!

I see why people shout at the pool table when they make a great shot! But why in the hell would you shout, or hang your head and stare, or drop like your bones just deteriorated when you miss a shot? Provided you are playing to win against a friend or in a competitive match(if there is any...

Check on a BK Rush second hand cue I'm purchasing

If you don't mind the ask. Why did the sale fall through?

You should have kept which ever one had the bigger cat. Bigger the cat the better the break! If they come out with one with 2 cats... Game over!

    Cue Tip Compression

Starting to get concerned about reviews saying the draw is bad on those bulletproof tips. I've done nothing to make you believe that. To answer your question. My predator victory soft tip is about ready to be replaced. It hits pretty hard now and I'm fine with that. I'd rather skip the break...

    Wood over CF shaft options

I think some people are getting confused about your thread title "Wood over CF shaft options". That could be seen two different ways. Perhaps wood on top of CF or CF core wood shaft options might lessen confusion.

    Cue Tip Compression

I am seriously thinking about a Bulletproof medium now. I thought about it in the past, but this thread has pretty much summed up the problems/inconsistencies with leather tips. You might have put the nail in the coffin for me. Ill go check out the synthetic tips. Thanks

    Best shorty cue?

This is why I like having all the same threads on all cues. Future proofing. I would simply take my dedicated jump cue and replace the jump/hard tip shaft with my playing shaft. Now I have a 50" cue that goes down to 40". Edit: You have an air rush and a Revo... did you try them?

    Player Break Rules

I'm fine with it. That's the way people play outside of the WPA anyway. When you get to that level you should be use to it and the intentional icers.

How long does it take you to feel comfortable at the table?

If you are current with your practice... Right away. Even when being in practice I like to take 1-5 warm up strokes. It doesn't usually take more then a couple strokes to get one that feels right, like everything clicked. 1 smooth stroke is enough dopamine to tell my brain I am ready for action.

Not sure if I am following you correctly but I checked Predator's top 5 authorized dealers in the first hour of the release and none of them had even the product listing page except Seybert's who probably created the page just for search engine traffic. 99% sure they never had any stock. I keep...

    Cue Tip Compression

I want to know if i take my Ultraskin medium and compress it if it will replicate the feel, hit ,and chalk adhesion of a Ultraskin hard. I want a hard playing tip put on my playing cue.

You're right. I have a feeling resellers have bots watching the site. I mean who knows... I know they make like double profit releasing them in Asia. Maybe 90% of supply gets release outside of the USA. On top of Resellers gobbling the US supply and shipping them to Japan for a tidy profit...

I see what you are saying. Its a good point. But I'm starting to look at it like this... There are 100 chicken nuggets all baked and sitting on top of the oven in your mom's house. You ask mommy for a plate of nuggets. In universe 1: You're brought a plate of 10 nuggets. You gobble them up and...

As an IT person... I would call it genius. If you get enough traffic to your servers that it knocks them off-line than you need to give your marketing team a bonus.

    Cue Tip Compression

What exactly is the difference between soft, medium, and hard layered tips? When makers/brands mass produce these tips are they using different hardness leather layers? Or do they just use the same leather for all of the hardness offerings and just compress them into different hardness...

    Whyte Carbon Break Shaft?

Stick to your plan. Doesn't matter if you buy a Whyte. Except in the end... You will have bought 4 cues instead of 2.

Shaft - It's on the outside side of the pilot - That round brass thing sticking out from the joint. Butt - Either on the tip of the uniloc pin or the silver around the bottom of the butt.

I am more impressed by the man who plays with a $8000 dollar cue instead of locking it up in a windowed closet.

This is how resale value stays up. But you gotta do what you gotta do if you want one. I really don't know why Predator took such awful pictures. The ones on Instagram and Tictok look much brighter. Neon instead of Pastel.
