Oh absolutely. One fine example is North Demon. Here you can see my North Demon cue, plays and looks absolutely fantastic. Then there is also Lucky Hishinuma, who is my neighbor. I've had the pleasure to see and try his cues in person and they are the crème de la crème.

I'm not sure. I do have friends who know for sure, I'll ask them later. But my guess is that they announce the tournament at least 2-3 months in advance.

Last year it was on the 16th,17th & 18th of September. Japan has the "Obon" festival at that time. Dennis orcollo was the runner-up.

It's a nice looking cue for sure. But if "don't want to get crap all the time from the guys" is a priority then it's not the right cue for you.
