You, and others are forgetting one thing...
These top APA players are probably not playing in a regular league against lower level players. These 700 players are more likely in Masters division. BIG difference.
I carry a break cue and two playing cues. I have no actual evidence to support this, (just a feeling) but I find if I use a 19.5 once cue on slower tables, and my lighter 18 ounce cue on faster tables, my speed control is more consistent.
Also if I'm not playing well on some particular night...
I wonder where whitetail deer antler comes in on the density chart? It is very light for the strength. We have had 1 combine tire and one tractor tire punctured in the last 5 years. And for those of you that know, these tires are damn tough!
I know, for me, the Bulletproof is an excellent break tip, but completely SUCKS as a jump tip. Disclosure.... I have the full one piece ferrule/tip on a break/ jump cue.
How is the SAI working out as a break /jump tip?
It might not be as durable, but I've heard praise of cork wrap. It's been used on fishing pole grips for what... a hundred and fifty years? I wouldn't mind trying cork once.
It was a public court document that contained the information. APA was Involved in a lawsuit at the time and it was public court document information for a while... until they had the case info sequestered.
There is a lot of bullshit being spread about how the APA Equilizer system works. You...
I'm not the one who gets to choose the lighting at the local places.
And isn't the blue part of the spectrum supposed to be hard on your eyes? That is what the pigments in blue cloth are reflecting.
I disagree with part of that... I think the tournament blue is way too bright when using LED's. It's hard on my eyes in short order. When using "yellower" incandescent, it is tolerable.
