According to my local Brunswick dealer, the Gold Crown III and IV were built in the United States. The other Brunwick models are made overseas. Interested to know if he's correct or just blowing smoke.

At the Generation Pool event the players were having A LOT of trouble racking the balls. The players were not allowed to check the rack during the TV matches which is a good thing. I saw some matches where racking, re-racking, calling for Steve to rack, etc., consumed at least half of the match...

Good point. If they played when Nick was in his prime and playing at his very best, he may be competitive against Nevel in his current form. However, I seriously doubt this is a foregone conclusion as the poll results would lead one to believe. The game has changed, the equipment has improved...

The voting poll that IPT is using has some SERIOUS security flaws. The results shown in no way reflect the actual voting. The IPT poll records previous voters by using a cookie (instead of unique IP) that can be deleted from the browser by the user. This results in the user being able to vote...

The play on the men's side was less than stellar. You can go to almost any weekly regional event and see better quality pool. The TV matches were certainly not representative of professional play at it's best.
