We had simillar rules back in the late 60s early 70s..differance was if you gave back a shot and your opponet missed the OB you would get ball in hand in the Kitchen..or you could give it back and if he fouled 3 times in a row he lost the game..if the OB was in the Kitchen it spotted.. worked...

I to for years played with Wrap on my cues..got my first old David Howard..Star of David that had the coated linen wrap..tried to go back to wrapped on occasion with the purchase of a couple Monsters i bought..couldn't do it..not even the Elephant compared to the feel of the slick no slip...

I just didn't like the way the straps crossed your hand and in between your fingers..could not get used to it..the cheaper and better Proflex 4000 does not feel like that and supports movement better..JMO..good luck with the ProShot though..SA

Distractions is probably the reason..if you play nice smooth pocket speed on big boxes then simply shorting your bridge and move forward on your cue a little to shorting your stroke as well..and above all use firm strokes and aim for the inside rail of the pocket everytime you can..use very...

I love mine..i got it in Black though..had a Magic..sold it..dont think you need the Elite version..Its out there for $114 and the one like mine is $45..but i would say if you got the little extra cash..GO FOR IT!!!..Seems like only Delta has the Hot Pink Elite..But the Red looks hot...

I'd agree with no wrap..i love the feel of just a Clear Coated cue..so.. go with your favorite color..in this case seems..White with Red specs Linen..and have it Clear Coated like other makers do..it is no slip and your colors stay brilliant forever..mine has..JMO...SA
