    Vintage Tad "feeler"

That's a sad but great tale, thanks for sharing it. I had a great old Martin that was the first cue I ever sold, of the many I've owned over the years. I was amazed at how much I got for it, although I'm sure now it would bring much more. I'm certain I'll say the same about this Tad one day...

    Vintage Tad "feeler"

Thanks Martin, it was my main player for about 20 years once I "retired" my Ginacue titlist. It's as solid a hit as any cue I've owned and since the refinish is in truly "pristine" condition with the original linen wrap. Joe

Last Hoorah for my old Tad

I'm gonna sell this old Tad I bought new about 25 years ago. Took some pictures for the auction, may take a few more but thought I'd post them here. It's a super sweet old cue... Joe

Introducing - The IceBreaker by Tiger

Corey in action Corey, The JB looks great! I'm thinkin' maybe you shouldn't have given it to Max until AFTER you played him. You guys had a great hill/hill match and were both breaking well with the new cue! Here's a couple of pics, I wasn't too happy with them but I'll post 'em here for...

    Vintage Tad "feeler"

I have a beautiful Tad "plain jane" that I ordered new from Tad in the early to mid 80's. I will weigh and measure it on Monday but it is approx. 19 1/2 oz. & 58" long. The shafts feel to be between 12.5 & 13 mm but again, I will measure it next week to provide exact specs. The cue was...

Hollywood Billiards 8-ball Tournament - Hollywood, CA

Hollywood Billiards Update I just left and Jose Parica and Max Eberle were playing on the final table after Max beat Crown City Corey in a hill/hill battle on the losers side. Max found himself in the losers bracket after he and Jose (both undefeated) met. Max came out like a house on fire...

    Spammed in my PM

PornTube I haven't logged on in a cpl of days, and I got it as soon as I logged in, BEFORE looking at this thread so they appear to be unrelated. I didn't even bother to notice who sent it. I feel a little left out that nobody has gotten one from ME, but I guess there's still time....:) Joe

Another SW on eBay. What do you think?

Chris, Based on his feedback as a seller (appears to be quite a few cues sold) he looks ok to me. I would, as I always do, pay via PayPal with a credit card as your funding source. If their is a problem the dispute process through your credit card company is a joy compared to dealing with...

Pictures of Ernie Gutierrez's (Ginacue) shop

Well James, many of the machines he designed and built himself, so they can't be ordered at any price. He did tell me a funny story about the machines. He said when he was building the new shop he bought and built (with an old milling machine) many new (to him) pieces of equipment, and as he...
