Hey cookie -
I know this wasn't directed at me but, since I was there for the match, I would say John DEFINITELY needs a spot. I don't feel the match was ever really in doubt.
I haven't had a drink since New Years Eve and my game is finally showing up. I'm down to a 530 in USAPL(Fargo), last 3 weeks, I have beaten a 610, 566, and 571. Just need to stay focused and hold off on any beers until after my matches
Pretty cue. I love the veneer colors.
I would go highly figured BEM over straight grain but that's just a personal preference. Don't think you can go wrong either way
Same here.
And to the OP, lesson learned but real shitty of your opponent to take the game if it was an obvious shot. Probably all proud of themselves that they won too
LOL...I know the feeling. I'm not too shabby at 8-ball and 9-ball but you throw into a one pocket game and I look like I am trying to solve a Rubiks Cube blind folded.
Ask easy-e how comical it is playing me in one pocket :D
What level player are you? My first choice would be Roy Pastor in Ayer MA. You can just call the Billiard Cafe and ask for him. Another good instructor is Tom McGonagle in Billerica.
Koop
I did and I love everything about it. I had a Revo 12.4 that I sold and I can say that, for me, this shaft is much better. I like the hit, taper, etc...
Just one guys opinion but I like it very much.
