Yep, it was indeed the meeting place for the Riv. It was nice because it was right next to the poker area so if you were getting cold cards or just wanted to take a break you could hit the Splash Bar. Got my first straight flush on video poker at that bar. It was cool seeing all the champions...

I was at the Splash Bar when I witnessed Alex Pagulayan stumble up pretty drunk and tell Darren Appleton "You know you look like Agent Smith from the Matrix!?!?" Also that's where I met Daryl Peach, really fun guy to party with.

Got some bad news for everyone going to Vegas in May for the BCA, the Splash Bar is no more...I'm sure everyone that went to the BCA in Vegas had some good times and memories at that bar, feel free to leave comments or pay your respects here...
