To those responsible for the Turning Stone stream...

It was not choppy most of the time for me; And the feed was of great quality. I appreciated very much the ability to follow 2, 3 matches at a time when the camera was lined up for multiple tables view. Your work was very much appreciated!!

Mitch Ellerman Ripped Off at Galveston Tournament

A guy at work won a Beamer for winning a video game at a car show. He got it delivered months later. And paid taxes on it as well. Looks like you caught someone in a story-telling mood, and he just doesn't want to concede.

Poll what do you think I should do.

I agree with all the above except the cutting the butts in half :) It's possible your "friend" was trying to get them on the cheap since he was into the owner for some money. I say you did all you could honorably.

Thanks. Wow, so it was almost the whole team in the final 8! I like Marcus though from his time out here in Cali so it's all good from here on for me.

    If you like OMGWTF...

I have a pet peeve about the misuse of the word "its" vs. "it's" and after seeing it abused twice in the first paragraph, I jumped ship. I'll give it another chance in a day or two since the guy's a member here.

Mosconi Cup in Black and White

Awesome Hatch pix JCIN, loved that closeup picture of Hatch (good thing he wasn't sporting a perspiration patch!). BTW, did anyone notice that no one was clapping in Shane's picture ?!! I finally figured it was Roy's section!

How Would You Play This? 12/9/09

Make the 7 with the 15 and roll the ball up behind the 12 for safety. Hopefully i don't leave a shot on your 3 ball since you can bank toward the bottom left corner for a later breakout.

    WTBC: Immonen VS Lilning

Thanks Thanks Nathan for the update. I did download sopcast and follow it halfway through. Did anyone notice the strange rack they are using ? a bit of a speed bump rack they leave on the table ?! Strange! Thoughts ?

Formal Appology from Charlie "Hillbilly" Bryant

This kind of testimony speaks volume to Charlie's character. I had liked watching his matches here in LA and will continue to do so. Have a good holiday cheer and save your worries for those wayward balls on the table.

What does it take to become a Champion?

My sentiment exactly! Back on topic, I agree with John that for some people, the path to being a champion is much easier due to having an innate talent for the game. If you cannot make a mark at the regional level within a couple years of picking up the game then most likely, you won't go on...
