What about the USPPA sponsers - Simonis , WPA, Accu-stats, etc, are they still sponsering this organization?, Have they issued any statements? - is the USPPA going to hold more tournaments as listed on their site?

That is why you can't let it slide - if you do it sends a message out - hey don't bother to pay the players nothing will happen - you don't pay employees there are recourses - it should be the same for players .

take him to court and make him pay - sweep it under the rug worrying about other peoples' business makes it easier for this to happen again. By court action it will make future promotors think about running something and not having the funds for payments.
Boxing, wrestling are sports in their own right - violence filters into society at all levels - younger people are influenced by tv , media etc. -

What kind of message does this send to kids - younger players - so what if you lose on the pool table - we settle up outside to see who gets the $$$ - Suppose you own a poolrm and the kids take it outside - fights outside of your rm and you will get closed down .
