The humidity inside the case will be the same as the humidity outside the case unless you use some kind of dessicant. You cues are acclimated to the humidity there. The real culprit is rapid changes in humidity. Still, storing your cues inside a protective case is a good idea.

I do not know when it was made. I believe the newer Padgett logo appears to be italic in style. Maybe some of the experts here can render an opinion? Greg

Mine is set up at 42" from the bulb to the table surface. I have a 4 fixture bar light over a 9' table with 150 watt bulbs in the ends and 100 watt bulbs in the middle. I'd say your light is set up perfectly as it is now. You can adjust it later if you have to. Greg
