I just experienced lessons in the last couple months from Geno, Scott and Lee. What a treat of fate! I'm a fairly decent player, not great. anyway, having had back to back to back lessons - initially scattered my mind. It's up to me to dissect what works for me. Nature, nurture - whatever...

It took me 3 minutes longer than John Schmidt. ;) Seriously tho, some pop their B&R quicker than others. That doesn't mean a couple years down the road they're better. I enjoy watching good people progress. That wide eyed look of enthusiam is priceless.

My 1st 10 racks or so of 1 hole felt like a root canal. I'd look at the layout and be so confused I WTF'd myself into frustration. And then, it set in. What a game of chess it is. CB control is paramount and assists all other games.

I love threads like these that start out as an invite and turn into reality and lifetime memories! Meeting AZers is the bomb. Meetting an AZ face from a keyboard is always a smile. Thanks for sharing. :D
