Kamui ~ Step to how to install clear tip.

Don't believe the final product wasn't doctored at all. He was chopping at it like he was widdling wood and thought the risk of delaminating the tip was great. He was working with a soft tip and if you watch, his fingers are changing color and was using a lot of strength to do anything...

    Favorite cue tip?

Finally put on a milkdud and played 6 hard hours with it. The tip never mushroomed at all. It hardened up after about 2 hours but held chalk well. By the end of the day my final conclusion was, the tip when packed down felt like a hard tip but got precise juice and spun the ball like a soft tip...

Can you top my bad luck???

I'm a big believer in energy. If its already in your mind that bad luck is lurking, then you cant be surprised when it shows its presence cause you brought it with you. Leave it at home before you leave, you'll see a change. Goodluck

    Your opinion

The pattern wrap will look odd but I'll throw you a idea. I have a Schon cx54 and the cue has some turquois in it. The girl that owned it had a turquois linen wrap put on it. The wrap made the whole cue pop including the inlays. If you like the blue in the veneers, find a linen wrap that...

Seaglass505 - Stop The Insanity, Please

I agree with you KC on what your saying, but I wouldn't single him out because every few days there's a handful of other members that post the single format way on about 4to5 different cues. Once there's enough people that do this, it becomes excepted practice. I think singling someone out could...

    Mike Dechaine

I agree with you and I personally hate the Magic Rack. I personally like Mikes game and think if someone doesn't like someone, they will find an excuse not to like him. What I was pointing out is that when he gets into the dissecting of the rack in a match some people just find it hard to watch...

    Mike Dechaine

Mike is a great player that may slump here and there but he's only human. Most people that I know hate when he does his racking antics but besides that he seems like a down to earth guy. This game brings out the worst in a lot of players including the pros. From what I've seen in Mike over the...

    Mike Dechaine

I agree with you 100%.It might make players think before acting. They might have a legitimate shot if they format it the way you said.

    Mike Dechaine

How is Mikes attitude any worse than Earls for the team? Mike may be cocky at times but I don't see him having ballistic fits throughout entire events. He's worthy of being on the team and after last year, actually anybody is.

Thinking about returning my Z2 S tuned

I would tell them to just exchange the shaft out. Im sure as big of a Company as Seyberts they have more than 1 shaft in stock and could send that one back. Should be a quick fix.

Great question.. new cue flipper says to me ....

It's all word semantics or just playing dumb. If he says the shaft is NEW but not original he's not lying but not telling the whole truth if he's listing the cue as New and unplayed. The butt maybe pristine but still has been in play, it is used. Distorting truth = problems!

Who makes the best low deflection shaft?

The Hybrid is a great shaft and the OB1 is also fantastic but has to have a better tip than the Everest to bring out the true feel of the shaft. A harder tip that holds chalk plays nice on the OB1 imo.

    Challenge of Champions dump

Even if I never even heard of the Dump and seen the video, missing the 8 could of been a slight miscue and even believable if that was said but wasn't. Missing the 8-9 combo was so crap and blatant, he made sure that 9 didn't go anywhere near the pocket. Defending Buddy cause he's a friend or...

Spit on it before you put it away!

Any body oils or finger oils touching the top of the tip creates hard spots and is no good for your tip.If your just putting it on the sides might be okay to burnish but don't get it on top of the tip.

    314 1st generation vs. 314-2 differences

More deflection and felt almost clunky. I hated it personally.

    Bob Owen

I was agreeing with you. I believe you can tell a difference and different joints, pins, forearm wood etc plays a big part of the overall performance. I was disagreeing in other threads that state, people cant tell the difference if there blindfolded, which I think is a unfair trial and error.

    Bob Owen

Everytime I see threads on AZ about blindfolding players and them not being able to tell the difference in cues is really ill logic. I see it like this, players can tell the difference in cues by shots they can or cannot execute. By taking there eyesight away to prove there point is flawed...
