Title says it all. Prefer PJ, MW, or Simple 4-pointer. Few, if any, inlays. Ivory not necessary, but not a deal breaker, either. Ideally: 18.5 - 19.5oz 12.5mm or bigger shaft(s) diameter Stainless steel piloted joint Linen wrap (preferred) or MAYBE wrapless 2 shafts preferred, but not...

What's the "going rate" for simple Tasc cues?

I reached out to the shop, a few weeks ago. Was quoted $3k for a simple 4-pointer...with about 13 months of wait time. Looking for a gently used, well-cared for 2ndary market cue with 2 shafts

What's the "going rate" for simple Tasc cues?

I admit, I'm a bit out of touch with some parts of the market. I'm curious what others...with more recent experience...can share about the current pricing/value of a simple 4-point Tascarella cue. Minimal inlays (if any, at all), little (or no) ivory. Just the classic 4-pointer with a linen...

Moving to Jacksonville, FL - need a table mechanic to install my Diamond and new cloth. Also looking for decent places to play, APA and otherwise.

I went to QBall Billiards yesterday, for a few hours. Place was pretty clean, table I was on played pretty well, and the staff was very polite/attentive. Bartender said they have multiple league/tourney events each week. It was fairly quiet in there. Only time it got loud was when the Jags...

Considering a carbon fiber shaft for my Adam cue. Brands to look at??

I have both the Cuetec Synergy and Predator Revo CF shafts. I REALLY like them both. You can't go wrong with either one. As for "should you?" Your cue....your money. Do what makes ya happy, and enjoy yourself!

BEWARE -- REPORTING A VERY BAD SITUATION INVOLVING PETE TONKIN

Maybe if the suck-ups to Tonkin scream loud enough to try and explain away his scumbag behavior, he'll agree to make them a cue, too. All it'll take is $400 per month, and and agreement to: 1 Not ask questions. 2. Not expect to get what they paid for. 3. 4 gallons of unicorn semen...

    NVM....bought another new one

    Revo 12.4 or 12.9?

Spent a few more hours with the 12 9mm...and I'm sold. Just bought another, to go with my Scruggs. I have a Synergy at 12.5, and plan to do some comparisons, soon. Not that it matters much. I suck at pool, regardless of the gear used. I miss all easy shots, equally.
