I am not a cue maker but I am a machinist. Typically plunge cutting with a end mill will cut slightly oversized. I used the initials N.C. H.C. N.G. H.G. M.C. M.G. I used those combinations just in case the initials were not as they appeared to be. After comparing them to my cuemakers list, the only 4 names that would fit from the mid 90s were all Michael's. Capone,Carpenter, Givens and Gulyassy.
