Are Gold Crowns Still Being "Diamondized?"

I think we were on topic but you refuse to help us help you. You are going to get nowhere just simply telling us your layout after the break sucks, you made that abundantly clear 4 pages ago, we need video to help.

Are Gold Crowns Still Being "Diamondized?"

Dude, just post video of your breaks, that's where the biggest complaint is, anybody can break a 9 ball rack without looking like a dork, all you have to do is shoot the cue ball kinda fast and hit the 1 ball, best of all there is no right way or wrong way, only productive and non productive...

Are Gold Crowns Still Being "Diamondized?"

Got me there, I do in fact have the Intercontinental 66's on my table, just like the Diamonds. When I had my table done all of the mechanics were recommending Artemis cushions, I spoke with the 2 most popular mechanics but their wait times were long, RKC suggest Josh Ebert, he did a fantastic...

Are Gold Crowns Still Being "Diamondized?"

Back to the bouncy cushions again? My 'Diamondized" GCI isn't "bouncy" and it even has those evil Artemis Intercontinental K66 cushions on it where the ball speeds up after hitting the rail. Shooting the cue ball straight up and down the table I get 4 1/2 to 4 3/4 table lengths, what do you get...

    DigiBall Passaround Reviews

I would think one would be able to get an idea of how well you stroked the shot with RPS and ball speed.

Current opinions of an old Gold Crown vs Fiamond

Neither, I do think they help mentally though, I was always intimidated by pro cut Diamonds before they were the norm, I think going to a 4 1/2" pocket gave me confidence. I also believe you should practice on what you play on even though the vast majority of tournaments I play in are on...

    DigiBall Passaround Reviews

I don't agree that you can get all the data you need with a training ball. Your draw shots can be much different from one another depending on if you hit the cue ball with an accelerating or deaccelerating cue, spin shots can be be different too. There would just be too much that you have to...

Current opinions of an old Gold Crown vs Fiamond

Every time I see the old Monarchs off of my GCI I always wonder why I changed perfectly good cushions, then I remember I had to if I wanted 4 1/2" pockets.

    Interesting 8 ball rule question

The TAP rule clearly states "moving a ball", is it like other alphabet groups that if you move more than 1 ball it is a foul even on cue ball only fouls??

Congratulations to Mike Dechaine winning Smokey Mountain Shootout

Absolutely start a celebratory thread about almost winning an argument with your wife, it gives men the world over hope that just one time in our lives that we have a shot (almost) at being correct (mostly anyways).

Fedor Gorst vs Tkon Nguyen race to 120 is Live

What kind of gross pool related sales figures do you think a streamed match will generate? My guess is that it will not be a very high figure.

    Bangers be Bangers

Often enough to be pretty good with a cue in his hand I would guess. :)

    Bangers be Bangers

The moron obviously never watched a Dr. Dave video, in the video with the peace sign Dr. Dave even suggests calibrating your peace sign to a 30 degree protractor or drafting triangle so you know if your natural peace sign lines up decent or which way and how much it is off.

    K55 & K66

Superspeeds are not a cushion profile, it is a brand of cushion and they are produced in the K55 dimensions. There are several manufacturers that offer K55 cushions. The only time Superspeed refers to a cushion profile is on the old Brunswick Superspeed Monarch cushions. I suppose you would say...
