i hate to say it but i think your out the cue! would unfortunately cost more to try and pursue this internationally than its usuallly worth!!! i always wait at least 10 days before i ship a cue overseas no matter what!!!!! and i have on three seperate occasions chargebacks for unaithorized use...

thanks for all the pm's guys for the info. just a update the cue is a 6 pointer with mahogany points and purpleheart forearm, and was purchased new in chicago from david during the color of money film shooting! ill have pics tomorrow but he told me that southwest shafts will not fit this cue...

JUST A IDEA but a year or so ago a buddy of mine had his southwest stolen here by me! i ran an add in the local paper stating that POOL CUES PURCHASED CASH PAID ANY CONDITION OR AGE! guess what 2 days later i ended up getting his cue back and the guys was prosecuted for theft!!!!! lol...
