That kind of jig works well but it is nothing new. Bet I've watched Blud and Sammy put on hundreds of wraps with one.

No ebony pointed full splices exist. Done two with ebony noses but the odds of them ever coming to the surface is unlikely.

That is a cool transition cue. The solid white plug lead to my current "whitewall" Hoppe butt with the engraved polished bolt.

I'm out of the shop till November. Once I get back I have to focus on a couple of cues that I should have finished a long time ago. Then I will step back and re evaluate my position on cues. Not sure which direction I will head.
