I agree with this 100%. The part I really don't get is for the most part we all know who are some of the best buyers/sellers/ on here, and THEY ALL USE THE SAME FORMAT roughly, which includes ALL OF THE CRITERIA you listed above. Those sellers generally sell their cues quickly and successfully...
