I just got this cue on the forum and would appreciate any help on who might have made it. The owner thinks it is American made, Early 90's. What is the forearm wood? Thanks in advance

Now, any guesses on who made it? Anyone have any ideas on the maker?

There is a local cuemaker (Bobby Callahan) that uses balls in the joints of some of his cues. I find the look interesting and when I thought about it. It is a phenolic joint like many cues have. What say you about this? Ill try to snap a couple pictures next time I'm there.
