A fractional aim line has no set point of reference t determine what fraction to use. Is it 3/4, or is it 7/16th's? You are starting out with something subjective. CTE starts out with known set points.

You have trouble with CTE simply because you refuse to empty your cup. You continually add in what you already know about aiming to the system. You are not open to forgetting what you think you know about it, and just actually hearing and then doing what is actually stated to do. By the way...
