Personally I think the 3/8x10 joint is a soft hitting joint. The OB itself is also soft, when pair together, it's a real mushy hit in my opinion. It has a lot to do with the everest tip that is stock on an OB. At the end of the day, it's all personal preference. That being said I never liked...
