My old pool instructor, Fred McCann, was a regular at the Boulevard in the 80s and told stories about it often. He was good friends with the Fuscos and a great one pocket player. I would bet you crossed paths with him at some point. He passed away in 2020.

When my son was young I had him use a jump cue butt with a playing shaft. Works well, especially if you can get a thinner shaft
