How do you date a Tad cue?

Hi All, just wondering if anyone knows how I can find out when my Tad cue was made. It has serial number 2386 under the bumper, but I cannot find anything online to translate this into a year. I was told it was made in 2001, but just want to be sure, as I intend to sell it, and want to be able...

There are a few for sale on Cornerstone cues just now, go and check them out... IMO, I would have thought $4-$5K

    Tad aaaahhh!!!

Arrived in the post today... Probably one I will move on rather than keep, but here are some pics. It's a beautiful example, built by Tad himself in 2001, with original matching JP set and in lovely condition... Check out the cortland wrap, it's immaculate, also love the birdseye forearm...

    Tascarella or Scruggs

Did GB make blanks? Serious question, as I thought he got blanks from Titleist, Burton Spain and then Gus Szamboti.

Show us your HOME ROOMS !!

Jealous of all the space you guys have, apartments in Amsterdam just don't cut it for having a pool room. Just as well my local pool hall is like a second home, and as a league player there, I don't have to pay for table time ;)

How Arrogant of the United States!

Laughable!! Plus, the best two players in this cup were Niels and Karl. Pool is a worldwide sport, players will play where the money is, a lot like golf. Just get your players to learn how to play a safety shot then you may have a chance.

Get rid of jump cues for Mosconi Cup

You cannot take away jump cues from the Mosconi, one of the highlights in the hilarity every year is the Europeans pushing to a jump shot, Americans handing it back and the Europeans (especially Niels) making the pot with the jump. It's too funny!!!

How Arrogant of the United States!

On the topic of whether it's fair since europe has a larger population, Europe has a far smaller amount of 9 ball players. England, Germany and the Netherlands are probably the countries with the highest level of leagues. In the UK though American pool (9 foot tables, 9 ball, 10 ball, 14/1 etc)...

How Arrogant of the United States!

Yep for sure, since the races are short and alternate break, the frames can often become very tactical, without as many break and runs. This suits the Europeans, their safety is on another level to the US players. How many times was there a safety exchange and the Euros came out on top! BTW...

Ed Prewitt 4 point 4 veneer window cue

This cue used to be mine, wish I could afford to buy it back, I had a pair, this one and one with an ivory butt which was virtually identical, and this one was the "player" the hit, or feel or whatever you want to call it was very special indeed!! GLWS pal!!
