Agreed. Then there's it's early GC III cushion issue that requires modifying the rails for current production superspeed cushions. Which I knew about but GC fever got the better of me. I'll wait out a GC IV coming up for sale locally. Maybe buy a lesser table for the interim.

Update: Contacted the seller, I'm returning the table.

I took delivery of a GC III yesterday from a used pool table reseller. On closer inspection I discovered the slate is cracked. The reseller said the original owner had disassembled the table. I'm guessing he lifted up on the slate which is pinned and cracked it. I'm wondering if this could be...
