    Stevie moore true professional!!!!

I've always liked the way Mark signs his name and then includes his title just to be sure that the peons know who he is.

No problem with that at all, Nick. I agree completely. Mark should be able to make any rule he wants. However, when, according to Justin, one minute he agrees to open the table and another minute (actually 20 minutes) he gets "religion" and closes the table, that can create a problem.

    Stevie moore true professional!!!!

Oh, and I left out the most important thing a good management team would do. They would quickly and DISCREETLY discuss the event with all involved to determine what happened, why it happened, and what to do to prevent it from repeating again instead of broadcasting the event to all within ear...

    Stevie moore true professional!!!!

Self control is one of the issues and seems to be the one you want to focus on. I have said in my posts time and time again that Stevie way over reacted. However, a true management team will ask: What happened? Stevie went on tilt. Why did it happen? Mark and the rest don't really want to...

    Stevie moore true professional!!!!

I am absolutely blown away too. When Justin asked you to make the very first event on the streaming table open Justin said you agreed. Then Justin said about 20 minutes later you came back and said you had changed your mind and that the table would be just like all the others. What I am blown...

    Stevie moore true professional!!!!

Nice to see a positive thread about Stevie. He really is a good guy who just went on tilt for a few minutes due to a confusing situation.

    USBTC Professional or not?

First let me say Stevie certainly over reacted to the situation. No doubt about it!! What I don't understand if I have the facts right is why Mark, Justin, Ric, and now Jay (since he put his 2 cents in calling people assholes and fools) have not addressed what caused this situation to arise in...

    USBTC Professional or not?

In the corporate world when an incident occurs that is viewed as a negative event the first actions taken are to determine exactly what happened, why it happened, and, most importantly, what to do to reduce the probability that a similar incident will occur in the future. What Happened A player...

    USBTC Professional or not?

NO, not really. Did you run the tourney last year? The question is what was done last year. It is my understanding that the streaming table was open last year. Additionally, I asked when did you or your staff tell Stevie that it was a "mistake" by your staff that he played an earlier match...

    USBTC Professional or not?

Once, again, Mr. TD how about answering these questions. You have already answered number 4. Stevie did play before and thought the streaming table was open. When did you or someone else tell him that it was a mistake? Thanks Again, Frank

    USBTC Professional or not?

Ric Jones, Let's look at some questions to help us all understand what happened. 1. What was your purpose for this post? That is, what positive results did you think would happen? 2. In prior years did players have to pay on the streaming table or was it open? 3. If this was a change...

Steve Lomax Cues (they're not just jump cues)

I have a complete matching set of Lomax cues (break, jump, player, and a 76" for avoiding the bridge on some shots). There is nothing better than having a great looking set of cues that play as great as they look. LOMAX IS THE CUE MAN!!!

    Derby City Ten Ball Invitational

Yes, Jay, I do feel good and smarter knowing how you run tourneys. I hope others see the same things I see in your remarks. Have a nice day and I hope the "short buses" are on time for you. :))

    Derby City Ten Ball Invitational

Thanks for the explanation. My bad. Just did not know that an invitational tourney worked this way. WOW!! So a backer can buy a spot in the Derby City 10 Ball tourney and put in anybody he wants?? Double WOW!! A new meaning to the word "INVITATIONAL".

    Derby City Ten Ball Invitational

Well now, so Jay doesn't bother to call the player (Stevie) to see if he has another means of paying the entry fee due on Jan. 20th but just decides to drop Stevie from the tourney. Is that the way it should be done?

    Derby City Ten Ball Invitational

Did Jay call Stevie before he just took him off the list?????? And if not, then is that really the way to do it???????

    Derby City Ten Ball Invitational

How the hell did Stevie Moore get bumped off the player list???? The entry fees are not even due until January 20th?
