thanks for your help, i have it running now.

i just converted my cnc mini mill to zylotex motors and controller, the old one's would not move any faster than 8 in a min., now for some reason using mach 2 the machines runs, but mach 3 nothing works, no run, no toggle. i sure could use some advice. i am fairly new to cnc. but any advice sure...

i don't think you need bars, i think it is a cnc so it comes with the programs. will be prefect every time!!!!

oops i was cutting out my last inlay of about 30 inlays. everything was great until in forgot to zero the machine. needless to say it drove in so far and fast that it had a real nice burn and hole in it of the router head. all that time destroyed in one second.

the belt you are refering to is called a power-twist link belt and they are great. they really do make machines run a lot smoother.

danger with the cnc saw machine, the danger is not so bad, your hands should never be near it!! they are more expensive, but they do cut very smooth.
