    1/2 down when scheduling

I only take deposits on 2 trip jobs. I wouldn't want to take deposits over the phone because that would mean taking a credit card. I accept them but don't like to. Those fees can add up. Cancellations are annoying but not nearly an issue to start taking deposits.

What king of levels do you guys use?

This technique is for frame leveling only which only needs to be close. Once the slate goes on its machinist(s) only.

Anyone want to take a stab at Identifying a table

I'd say a national. It probably is from 50's. It probably has antique rail system. If the leather pockets haven't been replaced they will probably need to be. I've seen this table on craigslist i cant believe it hasn't sold for the low price they are asking

    Gold Cup table

Did you check the diamond cushions on the rails before returning them because if your nose height was to high with k66 then the k55's may have been better with other measurements to check as well. To replace with k66 again you will have to modify the subrails down a couple degrees to drop the...

What Type Of Vehicle Do You Use?

I don't use a bluetooth but its not illegal to talk on phone while driving in ohio i don't think? I can see it being a bit loud for the speakerphone but putting something up behind the seats to separate the back and front helps with sound big time. Regular phone use is no problem with the sound.

    Did i buy a p.o.s. Table>?

The table is most probably not level and after some settling the table should be able to get level by someone with at least the right equipment. What kind of balls are you using? Not so great balls can do all sorts of weird things when they are rolling slow (wobbling to a stop, falling left or...

    ugly 9' brunswick

I don't want to start one of those threads but i feel pretty confident the last one i saw had particle board rails. If i remember correctly the ball storage was plastic also and the slate was over an inch though it wasn't really slate maybe brunstone but seemed different than that as well.

    Insurance?

Having insurance as a business is just part of doing business. I get more work from places that require it than i pay for it.
