Up for sale is a very nice Tim Scruggs Titlist conversion. The cue was made from a near perfect blank. Both Scruggs and Cochran commented that the blank should have been left as a perfect example of a one piece Titlist. The cue has an Ivory joint, ferrules and Hoppe ring. The cue weighs in the...
