Yes BobCad does get a clean bill of health,it is working fine even with win7 although it was installed under xp compatible, when i just installed it in 7 it wouldn't wrok. But everything is working fine now, but i reinstalled the backup post processor and i think that was part of the problem...

Yeah Steven, I hear ya. i am thinking it is in the controller, i have BobCad 23-26 and they all make rounded corners. with the same post processor. but maybe the post processor is damaged. Mc2 is helping me with the problem, it is frustrating when you THINK you do everything right and it still...

It very will may be the controller, it is that black box with one switch in the upper left hand corner. i think they have a newer style now, but not sure, i talked to Jim a couple days about the problem.

99.9% of my time is setting in front of my computer wondering why BobCad does crazy things. It's no wonder why i don't have time to build cues..haha. OK here's the problem although all the setting is right in BobCad the pictures will show what happened, and it will not cut pockets or parts...

Hi Jim, I guess you are talking to me in regards to the laptop, yes the computer has a printer port, and we installed Mach3 it as a xp install and it is working fine. Although i haven't cut any parts or pockets as yet i will do that tomorrow, but it is controlling the x,y,z through the key...

Thanks Gary, Mach3 was installed on the 32bit version and it didn't work, a networking friend of mine came over and we uninstalled mach3 and reinstalled it under the "run in XP compilable mode" set up the defaults for my machine, and it worked fine. At least the keyboard will run the x,y etc...

Has anyone had any problems with Mach3 and Windows 7? I installed a camera and my old laptop and it wouldn't run both. So i changed computers with windows 7 and the mach3 doesn't work with the same configuration. Everything loads up, camera works and it looks like it will work, but the key board...
