Unless everywhere you played used Cyclops balls ... why would you want to get used to them? I would bet that most tournaments in your area and all league play in your area do not use Cyclops balls. Why would you want to adjust your aim for a set of balls that only you are using?
Because that defies the definition of a nit and it also allows me to be up 400 bucks and have him post a 1k bet and have my nose opened up. :) You think nobody has done the "I'm so drunk I can't even stand up" scam before?
I know I'm ready to gamble when the other person is stumbling around drunk waving lots of cash.
I bet low, win a bunch of games, and then only play with the winnings while never risking any of my own money. I call the recipe Nit Soup.
Chuck,
I'll give you 30 cents on the dollar for all your posters. They all seem to be printed upside down or sideways. I'll take them off your hands for cheap though.
No no no .... Kansas had that famous song "Rust on my Schwinn".
"The Ants are my Friends" was by Bob Dylan. :)
Don't forget that other great classic "The Bathrooms on the Right" by Credence.
While I agree you can't "safety" in 9 ball this is still one of my favorite uses of the push out. Put the 1 in and position yourself for a kick or jump on the 2 that you are more comfortable with.
The only better use of the push out is when I have no shot on the 1 ball but the 9 is hanging in...
I gotta say, it was pretty much a tie. Hennessey got on top fast but the Skyy came back strong. The deciding factor was the race to the end, where they both came out equally strong and unfortunately, all over the place.
I was watching that shot when it was on TV and also thought it was relatively simple. It wasn't until I realized there was next to no draw at all involved that I said holy heck! It is almost entirely a side spin shot. When you mention draw in your response it makes me think you don't realize...
